MacroMat- Diesel&Oil

MacroMat - refueling machine for small and mobile petrol stations, for agriculture, construction and transport companies. It was created for customers, for whom the most important is the easy and efficient dispensing of fuel with full control, at a decent price.

The MacroMat terminal is a device for controlling an automatic, maintenance-free gas station. It enables refueling with the use of fleet cards in a single identification system (driver or vehicle card) or a double one (driver and vehicle card), both of which can be used simultaneously. Adapted to work outside in Polish weather conditions. It has an extensive telemetry system that watches over the correct operation of the station and notifies about problems and irregularities.

-Housing - made of stainless steel and plastic provides protection against weather conditions and protects electronic components from damage.
-RFID proximity reader - a device that recognizes the driver and vehicle identifier from a distance of a few centimeters (proximity), even without removing it from the wallet or the cover.
-Numeric keypad - a keyboard that allows entering various data into the system, eg: position number, PIN code protecting the card, mileage of vehicles, number of worked machine hours, chosen refueling volume and chosen product.

How to refuel
To refuel, use the identifier entered into the system. Identifiers can be in the form of proximity cards (clean or with prints) or key fobs. Both forms of identifiers can appear in the system in parallel. Each card can be defined as a single card (we only refuel with one card) or double (we refuel by applying the driver card and the vehicle card in any order). Typically, drivers are equipped with cards because they can be kept in the wallet together with other cards or documents or in a name tag, instead key chains can be attached to the vehicle's keys.

 The system is standard equipped with EasyFuel software, used to manage a petrol station (card insertion, reporting, diagnostics, configuration).

 When entering the card into the system, you have to set:
- ID of the card (unique identification number)
- name of the driver / vehicle
- card type (driver / vehicle)
- single / double card
- PIN security code (option)
- entering the odometer (option)
- permitted refueled products

 We receive data from refueling:
- refueling date / time
- terminal number
- job number
- product number
- Product name
- | Driver ID
- driver's name
- Vehicle ID
- vehicle name
- vehicle registration number
- odometer entered

 From the measurement system we receive data on an ongoing basis:
- date / time of measurement
- tank number
- product number
- Product name
- volume in the tank
- Water volume in the tank
- product temperature in the tank
- reference volume (at 15 * C) in the tank
- alarms (overflow, low product, high water, ...)

 Local software does not exclude the use of additional server software. Both applications can work in parallel.
