Dex-Oil Sp.z o.o.gives  the following guarantees to offered products:

• For underground steel tanks (20 years)

• For above ground steel tanks 60 months (5 years);for anti-corrosive protection 18 months, provided that the principles of proper installation and operation are met according to the conditions contained in the Operation Manual

• For polyethylene tanks 120 months (10 years)

• For products for the distribution of fuels or oils by UR, PIUSI, TELLARINI (2 years)

Pistols and hoses are covered by a 14 day start-up period.

The warranty covers in particular:

• For polyethylene and steel tanks: tightness, color fastness, changes under the influence of atmospheric conditions.

• For PIUSI and UR equipment, improper functioning of the device, ie incompatible with the manufacturer's parameters

The repair will be performed as soon as possible, not exceeding 14 days from the date of notification of the resulting defect.

Monday - Friday.  8.00 - 16.00

Dex-Oil Sp. z o.o. it is responsible for replacing the equipment with a new one if it cannot be repaired.

Dex-Oil Sp. z o.o. it may evade the timely repairs, if there are disruptions in the company's operations due to unpredictable circumstances such as natural disasters, social unrest, import restrictions, etc.

In the unregulated warranty card, the parties apply the provisions of the Civil Code.

It is necessary to protect electronic circuits by performing surge protection in the electricity supply circuit (the possibility of overvoltages during atmospheric discharges).

LIST OF ACTIONS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTS:

- calibration of flowmeters

- replacement of filters (recommended 2 x a year or if necessary)

- replacement of mechanically damaged pump blades

- repair / replacement of the pump

- repair of mechanical damage

- replacement of fuses

- repair / replacement of equipment damaged by an electrical short

- battery change
