Many transport companies, which have got their own transport, you can come across fuel tanks and distributors. Everyone who can count the money (and entrepreneurs certainly belong to this group), decides to refuel vehicles on their own. The supplier will deliver diesel fuel and sell it much cheaper (up to several dozen cents per liter) than at a typical gas station in your town. All you need to do is get a fuel tank and a dispenser for dispensing fuel that allows you to control your refueling. In addition, there is no certainty whether fuel companies (of course, only those with obsolete equipment) provide exactly as much fuel as they issue on the invoice. How to avoid this?
All you need is a distributor with a maintenance-free management system. An example of a universal and compact solution for small companies is the FMS system. Refueling is available only to authorized users via keyrings or RFID cards. The system supports up to 250 users and after entering deliveries, calculates the current fuel status. The data is transferred by a special card to the computer.
Optionally, the tank can be equipped with the OCIO fuel level indicator, which allows you to control the level of liquids in tanks of various shapes up to a height of 4m. The principle of measurement consists in reading the difference of atmospheric pressure and forced by the liquid column in the measurement probe of the system. The system is managed by an electronic system (additionally equipped with micro switches and a screen), which transfers the results of differential pressure measurements to the mentioned screen, guaranteeing continuous information on the level of fluids in the tank. The OCIO indicator consists of a probe with a tube for the measurement of static pressure, introduced from the top of the tank, which must touch the bottom and a control system that indicates the level and allows management of the system.
For larger we recommend the MICROMAT system. This system offers access to authorized users through one or two-stage identification process (proximity cards and key rings). In addition, the system requires the user to enter the meter's status (optionally the operating hours) and records the date, time, amount of refueled fuel, and which user and vehicle to which he refueled. Users can be divided into groups. The connected hydrostatic probe constantly monitors the level of fuel in the tank and displays the status on the computer screen. The use of the best materials in the device ensures stability, thanks to which in time of very cold winter or during hot summer there are no problems with its functioning. Even when the power is turned off, the device records the refueling. The data is stored in the device and is transferred using a LAN or WiFi cable or via GPRS. Access to the data is through a standard web browser from any place in the world - even when the boss is on vacation. At the same time, the system allows copying databases to a local computer in order to create a back-up. The biggest advantage of this solution is the lack of any subscription fees.
The MACROMAT system is offered for the most demanding (largest) companies. In addition to all the possibilities of the MICROMAT system, it also offers: settlement of fuel deliveries and releases at 15 degrees Celsius, management of several distributors at the same time (2XON, AdBlue), the ability to manage legalized dispensers, local software, notification settings at minimum levels, alarm notifications, allocation of access rights for users, others for the owner, others for billing persons. Optionally, you can purchase a so-called Net-server, that is access to data through a web browser, which in the case of a lot of travelers can be of great importance. The magnetostrictive probe connected has a very high measurement accuracy (+/- 0.5%, resolution: +/- 0.1 mm) and ensures safe operation and a variety of applications.
All the above solutions can be offered by a company as a ready distributor, i.e. with a pump, a flow meter, a filter, a hose and a pistol, or as an independent management system for distributors that currently work in companies. An additional advantage of the MICRO and MACROMAT systems is the ability to integrate with the GPS monitoring systems so that the data from the issuing systems are used, among others for calculating combustion standards in GPS systems.
